Cancellation terms for workshops

Once you have paid for, or formally reserved, your place on the workshop - session/s cancellation will be applied on the following basis:
Cancellation over two weeks before the event - no payment due - full refund.
Cancellation between one and two weeks before the event - 50% payment due- 50% refund.
Cancellation less than one week before the event 100% payment due - no refund.
It is preferable if you could pay for your workshop in advance via the meetup site above.
However, if you prefer to formally reserve your place (rather than use the online payment) this cancellation protocol is still applicable. Thank you.Cancellation terms for Evening Workshops 2 days in advance 50% payment.
1 day in advance 100%.

Pre-requisites for attendence to on-going workshop.

 

1. You must be over 21 to attend**
2.You should have seen and/or heard Jenni performing Vocal Tai Chi before attending (live or recorded).

3. You must take full responsibility for yourself during the workshop.

If you are between 16 and 20 year old and are interested in a workshop please write to Jenni and she will create a VTC Youth Group list.
