Based on the teachings of Dr. Richard Moss this is a beautifully simple Mandala which can be actively explored as a map of Being. Dr Moss’s book ‘The Mandala of Being – Discovering the Power of Awareness’ was published in 2007 by New World Library, Novato, California.
In our Vocal Tai Chi/Mindful Singing way, instead of working with words (as Richard does) we work with sung and sounding voice. The essence of the Mandala is made of four points on the circumference of the Mandala – Me, You, Past and Future and one point in the centre – Now.
